Terms of Use

1. The Service

Pavi Video provides browser-based tools for creating, editing and exporting short-form video, including AI-assisted clipping, voiceover generation, captioning and timeline editing. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

4. Your Content and License to Us

You retain full ownership of content you upload and videos you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to operate the Service — for example, storing your footage, rendering exports and generating captions you requested. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups retained briefly for disaster recovery.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Create content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes others' intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Generate misleading synthetic media of real people without consent or required disclosure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the Service.
• Resell or share account access outside the seats included in your plan.

6. AI-Generated Output

AI features produce output based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing and for how you use it. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you own the videos you export, including for commercial use on plans that include commercial rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — software, design, templates and branding — belongs to Pavi Video and its licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership in it.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and content deletion follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be announced before taking effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on our legal page, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
