• Content you upload: video files, scripts, audio and images you bring to the platform to create projects.

• Payment information: processed by our third-party payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
• Technical data: browser type, device information, IP address and cookies necessary for the Service to function.

• Provide, operate and improve the Service, including rendering and exporting your videos.
• Process subscriptions, invoices and refunds.
• Send transactional messages such as receipts, export notifications and security alerts.

3. Your Content

Videos, scripts and other materials you upload remain yours. We process them solely to provide the Service — for example, running speech-to-text on a video you asked us to caption. We do not sell your content, use it in advertising, or train public AI models on it without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing and Third Parties

We share data only with service providers that help us operate: cloud hosting, payment processing, AI voice synthesis and analytics. Each provider is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded content and projects are retained so you can keep working with them; you can delete projects at any time from your dashboard. When you delete your account, personal data and content are removed from production systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and routine security reviews. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we treat protecting your work and identity as a core product requirement.

7. Your Rights
