Refund Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
We want you to feel confident trying Pavi Video. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. This is placeholder policy text for a demo site and should be reviewed before production use.
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no emails, no phone calls, no retention hoops. After cancelling, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. All videos you created remain yours.
2. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be refunded in full if you request the refund within 7 days of the initial charge and have used fewer than 20 credits in that period. Renewal charges for months you did not intend are refundable if requested within 7 days of the charge, provided the account shows no meaningful usage in that cycle.
3. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date, subject to the same fair-usage threshold. After 14 days, annual plans can be cancelled to stop renewal but are not refunded pro-rata, except where required by consumer law in your jurisdiction.
4. What Is Not Refundable
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Billing periods that have already been substantially used (significant credits consumed or exports rendered).
- One-time credit top-ups that have been partially or fully spent.
- Charges older than 60 days, except where legally required.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Use.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the Support page with the email on your account and the date of the charge. Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Fair Use
Refund guarantees exist so you can evaluate the product risk-free — not to provide free rendering capacity. We reserve the right to decline refunds for accounts showing patterns of repeated purchase-use-refund behavior.
7. Questions
If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, just ask — we would rather talk it through than have you guess. Pavi Video is a placeholder brand for demonstration purposes.
